Dieffenbacher plans and installs lines for the continuous manufacture of laminated veneer lumber (LVL).

In cooperation with CTC we offer a tried-and-tested, economical and highly productive system comprising:

  • Veneer scarf-jointing machine
  • Veneer loading and lay-up station
  • Gluing
  • Microwave preheating
  • Continuous CPS press
  • Billet trimming and diagonal saw
  • Billet stacking machine

In addition, we offer you our support in selecting the suitable technologies, engineering and, if necessary, also in evaluating veneer resources, designing LVL strength classes.

Using our lines, it is possible to produce LVL in thicknesses up to 120 mm flexibly and economically, as well as producing plywood. Billet lengths up to 24 m and longer are possible. Based on customer requirements, we install machine capacities of 50,000 - 300,000 m³/year.
