Approx. 40 are currently in training at Dieffenbacher. In-house training courses
are provided for our employees as well as attending external courses offered by
schools for shop foremen and technicians. We also train students from
professional-training academies to become engineers and business managers.
The majority of these highly qualified specialists will take over responsible
jobs in the planning, production, sales and administration teams.
